Introduction to Lifestyle Retail Group & Secret Sales
In early 2020 Lifestyle Retail Group (LRG) acquired the SecretSales.com brand, and recently relaunched it as a new destination retail platform for our brand and retail partners to clear down excess inventory in a profitable brand-enhancing way.
The innovative proposition enables brands & retailers to create a sustainable and cleaner exit strategy for off-price inventory whilst removing a significant percentage of the challenges faced today when dealing with traditional ecommerce businesses – namely having to physically deal with inventory.
Secret Sales offers a unique proposition in the market and has already gained significant traction based on a formula of curating products into an eCommerce style experience whilst having all products shipped directly to consumers by the suppliers. We can trade product and stock instantly and in an agile fashion, without compromising on the quality of the available product, or on the customer experience.
Partner Services within Secret Sales is responsible for managing all aspects of integrations, marketplace platforms, product onboarding, digital product content and the technical relationship with our Partners, which could be anything from a small boutique fashion brand, to one of the world’s biggest retailers.
What are we looking for?
Based on our rapid growth, we are now looking to secure additional team members to our fast growth business.
As a Digital Content Executive, you are part of the lifeblood of Secret Sales, sitting within the Partner Services Division. Your role is focused on owning the launch of new product content for the site, specifically new product packages (largely new apparel, footwear and accessories) and all the associated activities that go alongside that, for our portfolio of Brand and Retail partners.
The role is critical to the success of the business, with conversion rates being significantly affected by the quality of the data associated with new product.
Your key responsibilities include liaising with our Brand and Retail Partners to ensure a timely onboarding of products, coordinating resources and activities both internally and externally to achieve the quickest possible onboarding time of new site product, ensuring, at all times, our Partners’ experience of working with Secret Sales is world class – and they are providing the best content possible.
Who are you?
You are a motivated self-starter, someone who thrives in a start-up environment where you understand the impact of your actions both positively and negatively on the business around you. You may come from any walk of life – university-educated, self-taught, or just someone with a passion to learn about ecommerce, retail, trading and marketplace.
If you are keen to explore a career in online retail and ecommerce, this is a role that would suit you. Your typical day will be fast paced, with workloads varying throughout the peak. Good time management and ability to switch between multiple tasks is a must; as is the ability to deal with third party Brands and Retailers, who you will be speaking with on a daily basis.
As you will be working on content management, a keen eye for detail is a must – and preferably you will have a very good grasp of data, ideally in an ecommerce or retail environment. An interest in fashion retail would be advantageous, as is any experience of web content management.

Please note: this role would suit a graduate or person of similar level, with a genuine interest in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Digital Merchandising, or Data Analytics. The role has room for growth either down a Digital Merchandising or Product Management / Integration Management pathway, so candidates from creative media, IT/data, and business related backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.
